Installing this lift has made such a difference, no more piles of washing waiting to be taken downstairs or carried upstairs. It has made our house complete and it has taken no time for us to “just go by lift”. Carrying laundry upstairs was one step at a time, now the basket is in the lift and we are there. Thank you! Ian would not have been able to use the stairs now and it has made such a difference he can just “go downstairs”.
