LATEST NEWS: Due to Stage 4 Lock Down in Victoria, the subsidy has been extended for another 6 months to Victorians. On 3 June 2020, the federal government announced the HomeBuilder’s Grant to bolster the industry. It now makes it even easier to install a RESiLIFT® which is already the most affordable residential elevator on the market in Australia. Installing a RESiLIFT® meets the criteria of the grant which have been outlined: ‘the renovation works must be to improve the accessibility, safety and liveability of the dwelling.’ Whether your renovation is a building extension to your home or a refurb, a RESiLIFT® can be easily installed and be part of your HomeBuilder project. To be eligible* for the grant the home building work needs to be at least $150,000. Adding a RESiLIFT® to your plans could help you reach this amount. The subsidy is for up to $25,000 which is almost the price of the lift. The government grant is only for a limited time, so best to organise your quote as soon as possible. [*Eligibility of the grant is on the onus of the applicant to research the latest and up to date criteria.] CONTACT US For a no-obligation quote or…
LIFT FEATURES

Most affordable
Installing a RESiLIFT® is half the price of a traditional commercial-style lift in your home. It requires less building modifications and ongoing maintenance than with any other lift.

Safe and easy to use
RESiLIFT® operates with continuous pressure. The operator is in control of the journey for the whole way. By not having a door, RESiLIFT® maximises accessibility and there is no risk of being trapped in your lift. The sensors, grabrail and safety shield reduces the risk of falling out. Read full safety features below.

Manufactured in Australia
RESiLIFT® was designed by an Australian for Australians. We use locally sourced parts to manufacture. This means you have local technical support if needed.

Quality
The key components of RESiLIFT® are made from quality products. The hoist is German Engineered and made in Australia by SEW Eurodrive. The extrusions are from Ullrich and all other components are manufactured in Tasmania.

Compact design
The footprint for a Mirage is incredibly less than one square metre. It is the most compact residential lift on the market taking less space than a shower. We are also able customise the Miracle to fit in very small spaces.

Add value to your home
Installing a RESiLIFT® will add value, convenience and safety to your home. Should you ever decide to sell, these factors is likely to attract more potential buyers and buyers with greater spending capacity.
Here's a short video of Peter's recent visit to Melbourne for a showroom launch party. You can see how smooth the lift operates and the seamless design that can blend into any home environment.
OTHER FEATURES YOU SHOULD KNOW....

LOW MAINTENANCE FEES
The RESiLIFT® has been designed to be maintenance free.
We are so proud of our clever design (other than the fact that we invented the lift) the service fees are minimal!
The doorless feature is the main reason why maintenance is minimal. Remember 90% of the reason why services are required by lift companies is that people are trapped because of door malfunction.
Another reason why our fees are so low is our lifts are 'Through-Floor' residential lifts, therefore they don't require mandatory annual check-ups. We pride ourselves in our reliability.
Because we are truly local, there won't be any waiting around for parts to come from another country, plus the expertise and knowledge are local. All these features reinforce why RESiLIFT® is the smartest purchase to make.
ENERGY EFFICIENT
The RESiLIFT® has been designed to use minimal energy. It simply plugs into a standard 10 amp powerpoint and uses less power than a toaster!
This not only keeps running costs to a bare minimum, but installation costs don't require expensive electrical upgrading, saving on costly electrician fees.

SHORT LEAD TIME
The reason we have a short lead time is our lifts are truly local. All the parts are local and easily accessible which minimises wait time. Our service comes with local support and expertise. This is one of the many benefits to an Australian manufactured product. As the lifts are manufactured locally you don't have to wait for it to arrive on a boat from China!
The quick turnaround is also evident in any ongoing services that may be required.
The fast lead time is typically 4-6 weeks but in emergencies can be as short as one week from time of request. [In some circumstances where there has been a medical emergency we have been able to install in less than a week.]
DUAL ENTRY
The Miracle and Miracle Max are available in single and dual entries/exits. This provides the customer with an option installing the lift in different locations, and simply walking through (or rolling through if in a wheelchair) the lift in the one direction.
Let us come and visit your home today to talk through the options.

“Every time I put my foot in the lift, I am so thankful”, says Romina who installed a RESiLIFT 6 months ago. Romina and Les lived on a large property in Mornington Peninsula for over 30 years. As the property became too big to maintain, they decided to subdivide the land. Les, a builder by trade, built a beautiful double-storey Georgian Style house at the front of the property which they moved into 12 years ago. Little did they realise what a problem having a double-storey home would be ten years later. In recent years, Romina developed Neuropathy, a condition where she has numbness in her feet and toes, therefore losing control of her feet. The stairs in their home now is an ‘accident waiting to happen’. Their adult children were so concerned for their safety they encouraged them to sell and move to a single-level home. The thought was heartbreaking for Romina and Les. Over several decades they had accumulated so many memories associated with their property, not to mention they didn’t want to uproot and leave their local community and networks. In their conundrum, Romina received a text from a friend. It was a photo of a lady…
Check out the latest Home Design magazine featuring RESiLIFT®. Why should homeowners consider a home elevator? Initially associated with the aging population, residential elevators are fast becoming a lifestyle inclusion for all multi level homes. As souring land prices force developers upwards, elevators prove a safer alternative to stairs. Residential lifts are now replacing the dumb waiters being installed to take groceries from the garage to the pantry and laundry chutes previously included in luxury homes. Many people use their elevators for commuting items that are difficult on stairs such as luggage and furniture. Some use them for their sick/older pets, although this is rarely the primary reason for installation. Many people do not want to purchase double storey homes but with land prices cannot afford to have single storey, so installing an elevator resolves that problem. Who benefits from installing a home elevator? Nowadays architects will typically suggest at least a provision for a future lift in new build designs. There are also a number of lifts that can be installed for existing homes, such as the RESiLIFT®. It is not just the homeowner who benefits. Because people do not have to move home, they retain their family memories and…
