POTENTIAL LIFT LOCATIONS

FLOW AND VISUAL IMPACTS

Depending on the floorplan of your home, we will help navigate the important decision of choosing the right location so that it is practical as well as aesthetically pleasing.

Lifts have been installed in:

  • Garages
  • Stairwells
  • Externally
  • Corner of a room (both diagonally  and straight)
  • Bedrooms, hallways, landings

GARAGE

It's quite common for houses to have their garage at the lower level of the home with main living upstairs.  Here is an example of one of our 2015 Walker-Friendly model located in Mornington Victoria.

STAIRWELL

Depending on the layout of the stairs, sometimes a 'Juliet Balcony' is built.  Often staircases have an unused area that is ideal to install a lift.  Here's an example of a lift installed with a Juliet Balcony.

BEDROOMS & HALLWAYS

You'll be surprised at the various locations a lift can be installed.  In some instances, it works best to have the lift in a bedroom or a hallway.

Part of our service to you is working out the best place for your home that's right for both levels.

RESiLIFT® BENEFITS

For over a decade we have been perfecting our lift to ensure that our customers enjoy all the benefits that our lift offers

RESiLIFT® is manufactured in Australia from quality parts by the Residential Lift Company who is the patent holder.

RESiLIFT® is the original freestanding residential elevator. This means that it does not require a shaft, reducing the impact on the building and minimising any building modifications associated with installing a lift.

The RESiLIFT® includes a safety shield which ensures that once the operator is more than 1 meter from the ground there is a barrier preventing them from falling.

The doorless quality of RESiLIFT®increases accessibility, reliability and safety; it is not possible to become trapped inside.

Peter van Emmerik who designed the innovative RESiLIFT® is still actively involved in product development within the business which means you have the latest improvements.

Because the lift is made locally, it can be supplied quickly or if desired, customised to your unique requirements, such as modifying the depth of the car.

WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY

Brian & Margaret M, NSW.

Many thanks for the commemorative key ring — it sits proudly on the safety key in our lift, which by the way still gives us yeoman service.

Wes and Madeleine B,(Mirage), Dodges Ferry, TAS

Congratulations on the sale of 1000 lifts! If all of your customers are as happy as we are, then you’ll have 1000 satisfied customers!

Alf and Val, (Miracle), Yamba, Northern NSW

Alf never used the stair climber and now since his knee operation, Alf can’t use the stair climber at all. So we are now thrilled that we can both use our new RESiLIFT safely.

Rosemary & Allen, (Mirage) Brisbane, QLD

We future-proofed our home and now it is so much easier to get our groceries upstairs.

Adele, (Miracle) Fernie Hill, Brisbane QLD.

Far better than I ever imagined! The professionalism of the distributor and installers was outstanding.

Jeremiah, (Miracle Plus – Wheelchair Lift) Upper Coomera, Gold Coast, QLD

Before I couldn’t access the house. Now it’s in a great location and enables me to access the rest of the house giving me complete independence at home.

Rob & Gay Higgins (Miracle) VIC

“After unexpected surgery, we would not have been able to get upstairs had we not installed the lift! We installed RESiLIFT in case of future events, but we did not expect an event this soon, so glad we did!”

Margot & Trevor Ling, (Miracle) Armadale, Melbourne

“It’s such a relief! Now we know we can stay in our home! We love it!”
