COVID19 PROTOCOL
Customer safety has always been a priority for RESiLIFT. Now, we have a collective responsibility to ensure a clean and safe environment for each other.
Our representatives will not attend work if they have flu-like symptoms, suspect they have COVID19 or may have been in contact with someone who has the virus.
If you, or anyone in your home, has flu-like symptoms or suspect exposure to COVID19 in the 14 days prior to the appointment, please contact us immediately to reschedule and keep our staff safe.

Hand Hygiene
Our staff will ensure that they sanitise their hands before entering your home. Although customary, you will appreciate that we will not shake hands.
Social Distancing & Ventilation
In keeping with the government’s COVID19 safe guidelines, technicians and sales consultants will keep a distance of 1.5 metres from customers. We encourage customers to minimise contact with staff as much as possible.
In addition, when the lift is being installed or serviced, separate the work areas around the lift on both levels from the rest of the home. Ensure adequate ventilation in the work areas to improve airflow.
Masks
Whether masks are compulsory or not, our customers are welcome to request technicians or sales consultants wear masks while being inside the home. Please let your preference be known upon arrival.
Hand Hygiene
The most frequently touched points on the RESiLIFT will be wiped down both before and after a lift has been installed or serviced. We will use high quality sanitiser that is 70% alcohol based, with single-use applicator and disposable gloves.
As the home owner, we request you sanitise all other frequently touched surfaces in your home such as door knobs and light switches, as you would for any other visitor.

Quality
The key components of RESiLIFT® are made from quality products. The hoist is German Engineered and made in Australia by SEW Eurodrive. The extrusions are from Ullrich and all other components are manufactured in Tasmania.
Compact Design
The footprint for a Mirage is incredibly less than one square metre. It is the most compact residential lift on the market taking less space than a shower. We are also able customise the Miracle to fit in very small spaces.
