John and Sharen Braams are the local Northern Sydney distributors. With over 30 years experience as a builder, John has dealt extensively with custom new builds, working along side architects, engineers and designers to build extensive renovations and additions in both the domestic and commercial field.
He is particularly proud of his waterfront builds around Northern Sydney and his renovations of workers cottages in the Balmain area. He has been a member of the Master builders association for 15 years. He is also a NSW certified waterproofing technician.
For over 30 years, Sharen is a registered nurse who worked predominantly as a theatre nurse for most of those years with a specialty in Cardiac and Orthopaedic surgery. She now consults in pre admission clinics preparing patients for major surgery as well as work in the RESiLIFT® family business.
John has been a Member of the Master Builders Association # 3503479 for over 15 years. His registration as a builder is JOHN Jeffrey BRAAMS BUILDER # 173208C and as a waterproofing technician is JOHN JEFFREY BRAAMS waterproofing technician # 88901S.
